The 2025 renewal period will begin June 1, 2025. If you do not make your renewal payment by July 1st, and your card is deactivated, you will need to pay both the annual renewal fee along with a $25 re-activation fee, no proration is applied for any time card is deactivated.

Renewals are sent primarily by email. Gate Card Holders who have not provided an email address will receive invoices by mail.

Payments may be made online or mailed to 21515 Placerita Cyn Rd. #33, Newhall, CA 91321 (*there will be a small service fee for online payment).

PCC will alert those with expired Drivers' Licenses, or those with licenses not on file. To upload a copy current Drivers' License or other requested documents see upload link below (these can also be mailed see contact page for mailing address).
