What is PCC?:

How often can I use my gate card?:  

A: The current delay between uses is only 3 minutes.  Each card reader has a separate delay, meaning you can use one card reader and immediately use the other without delay.  After a successful swipe of an active gate card, users cannot use the gate card at the same gate card reader for 3 minutes.  After 3 minutes, the gate card can be swiped again and another 3 minute delay time-period will begin.

Who can apply for a gate card?:  

A: Property Owners or Residents within the Placerita Canyon Corporation Boundary Map Area (click here to see map).  Only licensed drivers may apply for a gate card.  Gate cards are assigned to individuals who satisfy requirements stated on the gate card application.  Gate cards are currently $200 per gate card holder per year.

How can I apply for a gate card?:

How to replace lost, stolen or damaged gate cards?:

A: Replacement cards are $25 per replacement.  Please click here to fill out the Gate Card Replacement Form.  Be prepared to provide your name, address and the number of the gate card you are replacing and we will respond with instructions on how to provide payment.  (In the event that you do not know the number of the gate card to be replaced, please provide the numbers of all other gate cards in the possession of your household.)

How do I get the Gate Code?:

A: The use of keypad access (i.e. gate code) is solely for the use of Melody Ranch for official business operations ONLY.  Any use other use is unauthorized.  Feel free to report misuse here: PlaceritaCynCorp.com/misuse.
